Responsibilities

- Research emerging tech trends and present findings
- Provide Tier 1 user support for internal systems
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking, databases, or cybersecurity
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for 40 hours/week during summer/fall term
