Responsibilities
- Support enterprise system administration and network infrastructure maintenance
- Assist in cybersecurity monitoring and incident response protocols
- Develop and test software applications using Python/Java
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Document technical processes and create user documentation
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and stand-up meetings
- Perform data analysis and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals and security concepts
- Familiarity with SQL and database management systems
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during academic terms
- Must be authorized to work in the US
