Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with hardware setup, software installations, and system configurations
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in network monitoring and basic troubleshooting activities
- Collaborate on IT projects involving cloud migration and security protocols
- Conduct regular equipment audits and inventory management
- Support internal training sessions on new technologies
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Enrollment in Summer 2023 or Fall 2023 academic programs required
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to our Sacramento office
