Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Create engaging content including blog posts, social media graphics, and video scripts
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Support event planning and execution for local Tampa marketing initiatives
- Manage social media calendars and community engagement activities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in digital marketing trends and Tampa's local market
- Available for 15-20 hours/week during Summer/Fall semester
- Portfolio or coursework demonstrating creative/marketing skills preferred
