Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze nightly system logs and performance metrics to ensure uptime.
- Assist in the accurate entry and verification of large-scale data sets and records.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal night-shift teams and clients.
- Prepare and review daily operational reports highlighting anomalies and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to transition projects and ensure continuity.
- Research and document standard operating procedures for night operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field).
- Availability to work 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Night Shift) for the Summer/Fall term.
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations, Microsoft Office Suite, and internet navigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detail.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during off-peak hours.
