Our night shift operations are critical to maintaining our 24/7 service levels. As an intern, you will work closely with our senior engineering team to monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our infrastructure remains robust around the clock.

Responsibilities
- Monitor server performance and network traffic during overnight hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security updates.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues reported by the support team.
- Analyze overnight logs to identify trends or anomalies in system behavior.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs for the night shift handover.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical incidents efficiently.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in 24/7 operations and technical support.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night hours.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, or networking concepts (CCNA level preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
