Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain system performance and server health during night operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues for internal and external clients.
- Conduct routine data analysis and generate comprehensive night shift operational reports.
- Collaborate with the Florida-based remote support team to resolve escalated technical tickets.
- Update and maintain accurate technical documentation and logs.
- Participate in agile meetings and sprint planning sessions.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability to work Night Shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotational basis.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
