Responsibilities
- Assist the IT team with daily hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and report technical anomalies to senior staff.
- Support the implementation of new digital tools and software platforms.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical processes and project updates.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations, operating systems, and office productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Availability to start immediately in the Summer or Fall semester.
