Responsibilities

- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
- Shadow professionals to understand industry best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- No prior professional experience required
- Strong academic standing (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics) a plus
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week during academic terms
