Responsibilities
- Develop and test software modules using Java/Python under senior engineer guidance
- Participate in daily agile stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Contribute to API development and database optimization projects
- Document technical specifications and create user documentation
- Analyze system performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product roadmap initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java/Python/C++)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Basic understanding of relational databases and REST APIs
- Problem-solving skills demonstrated through personal or academic projects
- Authorization to work in the United States for the internship duration
- Availability for 20-40 hours/week during Summer/Fall 2024
