Responsibilities
- Assist software developers and engineers in designing, coding, and testing new applications.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to support business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and project logs.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
- Support the Customer Success team by troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
- Analyze user feedback to suggest improvements for our digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a part-time environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
