Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing department with social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Conduct market research and analyze local competitor activities to support strategic planning.
- Manage and update company databases and customer records with high accuracy.
- Support the technical team with basic website maintenance and documentation.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and assist in organizing team events and client meetings.
- Answer incoming inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School Diploma or Associate Degree program.
- Availability to work 10-15 hours per week (Summer or Fall start).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
