Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and update internal databases and CRM systems with high accuracy.
- Prepare presentation materials, reports, and summaries for weekly team meetings.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external clients via email and phone.
- Support the planning and execution of summer and fall promotional events.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Graduating by Fall 2024 or Summer 2024).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20-30 hours per week).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
