Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage and update CRM databases (Salesforce) with accurate prospect information.
- Research potential markets in the Illinois and Kentucky regions.
- Collaborate with the senior sales team to refine pitch strategies.
- Participate in daily sales training and performance reviews.
- Meet or exceed weekly activity and conversion goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Business, Marketing, or related field) or recently graduated.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to start a Summer or Fall internship session.
- Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- A self-starter mindset with a desire to learn sales techniques.
- Reliable transportation for occasional team meetings in Louisville.
