As an intern, you wonât just be observingâyou will be contributing. You will work on cutting-edge projects, receive mentorship from senior engineers, and gain exposure to the agile development lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and test high-performance software solutions.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives within an agile development team.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to improve code quality.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues within existing systems under mentorship.
- Contribute to technical documentation and assist in the creation of user stories.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers and Designers to define feature requirements.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as Java, Python, C++, or Go.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Available to work full-time for 12 consecutive weeks during the Summer/Fall term.
