Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for office staff.
- Support daily IT operations and helpdesk inquiries.
- Conduct system updates and security patching.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior staff on network maintenance projects.
- Monitor inventory levels of IT equipment and supplies.
- Provide technical guidance to other interns and junior staff.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to start immediately for the Summer/Fall session.
