This immersive 12-16 week experience includes:

- Weekly mentorship sessions with CTOs

Responsibilities
- Develop and test software features using Python/JavaScript
- Conduct user research and create UX wireframes
- Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile projects
- Document technical specifications and project milestones
- Present findings to stakeholders
- Participate in weekly innovation sprints
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, UX Design, Data Science, or related program
- Summer/Fall 2024 availability (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating academic or personal projects
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or SQL preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for Detroit's tech ecosystem
