Responsibilities
- Assist the IT support team with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for internal staff.
- Learn and utilize CRM software and internal communication tools to support daily operations.
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely responses to employee inquiries.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to assist the product team.
- Shadow senior team members to understand business processes and workflow optimization.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (or high school graduate seeking a certificate).
- Must be available to work Summer and/or Fall semesters.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
