Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and test new software features and web applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in various programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues in production and development environments.
- Create and update technical documentation, including API documentation and user manuals.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to company standards.
- Engage in cross-functional meetings with product managers and designers to understand project requirements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively convey technical concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Available to work full-time or part-time for the Summer/Fall term, with flexibility for occasional evening meetings.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
