Responsibilities
- System Support: Assist the engineering team with server maintenance, debugging, and deployment tasks during weekend shifts.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze business data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for the product team.
- Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, user manuals, and internal wikis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with QA and product managers to ensure smooth weekend operations.
- Project Assistance: Support ongoing software development projects by writing clean code and conducting code reviews.
- User Support: Troubleshoot technical issues reported by internal stakeholders and resolve them efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) for the Summer/Fall 2024 term.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical problems effectively.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks during the internship period.
