Responsibilities
- Develop and test software solutions for client projects using Agile methodologies
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to inform product strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver weekend sprint milestones
- Create detailed technical documentation and user guides for internal use
- Participate in hackathons and innovation workshops to prototype new features
- Maintain and optimize existing systems with 99.9% uptime
- Present findings to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript with 1+ years of academic projects
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through hackathons or competitions
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for 20-25 hours per week during Summer/Fall semester
- Authorized to work in the United States
