Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for weekend maintenance windows
- Monitor and troubleshoot network systems during weekend operational shifts
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Support weekend software deployment cycles and system updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend incident response
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives for weekend projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) through Fall 2024
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/Bash)
- Experience with Linux/Windows server environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant coursework in cloud computing or cybersecurity preferred
