Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or Go).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and QA) to define and implement new features.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance for speed and reliability.
- Contribute to code reviews and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions and technical deep dives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, or Node.js) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean code.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available for a full-time commitment during the summer months (40 hours/week).
