Responsibilities
- Support market research initiatives and competitive analysis projects
- Assist in developing operational efficiency reports and process documentation
- Collaborate on cross-departmental initiatives for client solutions
- Manage data entry, reporting dashboards, and performance metrics
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings and contribute innovative ideas
- Support event coordination for internal workshops and networking sessions
- Complete a capstone project addressing a real business challenge
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program (any discipline)
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during summer months
