Responsibilities
- Support educational program coordination for K-12 students across San Diego County
- Assist in community outreach initiatives targeting underserved neighborhoods
- Collaborate with mentors to develop curriculum materials and activity plans
- Document program outcomes and prepare impact assessment reports
- Participate in weekly professional development workshops
- Support event logistics for community learning festivals
- Maintain communication with school partners and families
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent academic standing
- Availability for 20-25 hours/week during summer term (June-August)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with diverse age groups preferred
- Basic knowledge of educational technology tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
