Responsibilities
- Execute weekend shift operations (Saturday-Sunday) supporting core business functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development initiatives
- Analyze market trends and contribute to strategic planning documents
- Assist in data collection, reporting, and performance tracking
- Participate in virtual workshops and skill-building sessions
- Document processes and maintain accurate project records
- Present findings to senior leadership during team meetings
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability to work consistent weekend shifts (12-16 hours/week)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or software development preferred
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
