Responsibilities

- Support volunteer recruitment and management for summer projects
- Document program outcomes through data collection and impact assessments

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in undergraduate program (sophomore/junior preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with basic data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Proficiency in Spanish or other community language preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
