Responsibilities
- Support policy research and legislative analysis for federal clients
- Assist in drafting reports, briefings, and stakeholder communications
- Conduct data analysis and maintain project documentation
- Participate in client meetings and coalition-building events
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with policy, communications, and research teams
- Support event logistics and outreach initiatives

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program (any major)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Interest in government affairs, public policy, or nonprofit sectors
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
