Responsibilities
- Collaborate on cross-functional software development projects using Agile methodologies
- Assist in UX/UI design sprints and user research initiatives
- Support data analysis and reporting using SQL and Python
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Shadow senior engineers during code reviews and deployment cycles
- Present project progress to stakeholders bi-weekly
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in relevant field (minimum sophomore standing)
- Basic proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 40 hours/week in-office during internship period
- Authorized to work in the United States
