Responsibilities
- Assist the IT team in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software systems.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test new software features.
- Document technical processes and prepare reports for senior management.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorâs or Associateâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts or web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Availability to work full-time (35+ hours/week) during the summer months.
