Responsibilities
- Assist in developing social media content calendars and campaigns
- Support digital marketing initiatives including SEO and email outreach
- Create engaging marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, videos)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for Kansas City market
- Coordinate community events and partnerships in Missouri
- Track campaign performance and generate analytics reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during summer months
- Passion for Kansas City's local business ecosystem
- Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM principles preferred
