Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing community events and outreach programs
- Create engaging social media content and promotional materials
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support volunteer recruitment and coordination efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign initiatives
- Document project outcomes and prepare impact reports
- Represent the organization at community meetings and networking events
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Interest in community development or non-profit sectors
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule including occasional weekend/evening availability
