Responsibilities
- Assist with software development and testing during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Support data analysis and documentation projects using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones
- Participate in agile development sprints and code reviews
- Contribute to troubleshooting and system optimization tasks
- Document processes and maintain technical knowledge base
- Attend weekly skill-building workshops with senior engineers
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program (any major welcome)
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ programming
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous internship or academic project experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to our Tucson facility
