Responsibilities
- Execute critical system monitoring and maintenance during night shift operations
- Collaborate on cross-functional tech projects using agile methodologies
- Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Participate in 24/7 incident response rotations with senior engineers
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize operational workflows
- Shadow senior team members during critical system deployments
- Present project findings to department leadership bi-weekly
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science or related program (Sophomore+ standing)
- Available for night shift (11 PM - 7 AM) minimum 20 hours/week
- Proficient in Python, Java, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills with debugging experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Previous internship or relevant academic project experience
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
