Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal systems during night hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Assist in the processing and verification of data batches to support day operations.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to document issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on outgoing reports and communications.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and skill-building workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Must be able to receive college credit for the internship.
- Availability to work night shifts (evenings and overnight) for the duration of the summer.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
