Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze data streams during night shift hours to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on incoming data entries.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve data discrepancies.
- Assist in the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for night operations.
- Utilize CRM and database management tools to update client information.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
