Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Resolve Tier 1/2 hardware/software incidents using ticketing systems
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates
- Conduct periodic system health checks and preventive maintenance
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Participate in cross-training for disaster recovery procedures
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS and networking fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week during summer/fall semester
