Responsibilities
- Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of internal IT systems and software applications during off-hours.
- Conduct data analysis and generate performance reports for the night operations team.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to fellow employees.
- Manage and organize digital documentation and project files efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior staff to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months, specifically Night Shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous internship or part-time experience is a plus but not required.
