Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot overnight IT infrastructure and network systems to ensure 24/7 uptime.
- Process and analyze nightly data reports, inventory logs, and operational metrics.
- Respond to internal support tickets and assist with client communications during evening hours.
- Collaborate closely with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity and issue resolution.
- Assist in the maintenance, organization, and archiving of digital assets and records.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on outgoing nightly communications.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, primarily between 6:00 PM and 2:00 AM.
- Strong attention to detail and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site meetings.
