Responsibilities
- Monitor Night Operations: Assist in overseeing daily system functions and database maintenance during evening hours.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately input and verify large volumes of data to ensure our records are up-to-date.
- Customer Support: Provide timely assistance to internal teams and clients via email and ticketing systems during peak night periods.
- System Troubleshooting: Identify and report technical issues or software glitches to the senior engineering team for resolution.
- Report Generation: Compile weekly performance reports and logs to track team productivity and system health.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for all night shift protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- Enrollment: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis during the summer.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management tools.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and think critically under pressure.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for this role.
