Responsibilities
- Monitor and verify incoming data streams to ensure accuracy and integrity during night operations.
- Assist in the generation and distribution of daily operational reports and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve night-specific operational issues efficiently.
- Perform routine system checks and execute basic troubleshooting protocols.
- Update and maintain internal databases and documentation to ensure compliance.
- Participate in weekly shadowing sessions and specialized training modules.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
