Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize production line operations during night shift
- Assist in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Document production metrics using proprietary software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues

- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards
- Support inventory management and logistics coordination
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university (Sophomore/Junior standing)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes or industrial systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Available for 3-4 nights per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license preferred
