Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical server infrastructure during night shift hours
- Document system performance metrics and incident reports using proprietary tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical escalations
- Assist in implementing security protocols and access controls
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings
- Support software deployment and testing cycles during off-peak hours
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows server administration
- Familiarity with network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- Available for 3-4 nights per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) preferred
