Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time data streams and system logs to ensure operational integrity and identify potential issues early.
- Assist senior technicians in troubleshooting network hardware, software, and connectivity problems during off-peak hours.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of daily activities, system updates, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize night shift workflows and improve overall system efficiency.
- Perform routine system maintenance, security checks, and backups to protect company assets.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to provide recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, specifically during the night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong foundation in basic computer hardware, operating systems, and network concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for this internship.
- A proactive attitude with a keen interest in problem-solving and process improvement.
