Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot incoming IT support tickets during night hours.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of software applications for end-users.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and data backups.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and operational procedures in the knowledge base.
- Support hardware inventory management and asset tracking.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (Sophomore or Junior status preferred).
- Strong interest in IT operations, network administration, or technical support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) including nights and weekends during the summer.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Sacramento, CA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of operating systems.
