Join our elite summer internship program in Raleigh, NC! We are seeking driven students to join our Night Operations team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technical environment while enjoying the flexibility of evening shifts. You will work directly with senior mentors to support our 24/7 service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data processing and entry tasks with 99% accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze system performance logs during off-peak hours.
- Provide technical support and customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the quality assurance of digital content and software updates.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to resolve urgent operational issues.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing operational metrics and findings.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Must be available to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night Shift).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
