Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network systems and server alerts during evening hours.
- Assist in the resolution of technical tickets submitted by internal and external clients.
- Document technical procedures and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the night shift engineering team to optimize workflow.
- Conduct routine software installations and updates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts and Windows/Linux environments.
