Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams in software development, data analysis, or UX design projects
- Assist with market research and competitive analysis for product development
- Create documentation and presentation materials for stakeholder reviews
- Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborative problem-solving sessions
- Complete training modules and skill-building workshops
- Contribute to innovation challenges and hackathons
- Shadow senior team members to understand industry best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or associate degree program
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of data analysis or programming concepts (bonus)
