Responsibilities
- Support cross-departmental projects with data collection and analysis
- Assist in creating marketing materials and social media content
- Participate in weekly innovation workshops and team brainstorming sessions
- Conduct market research using industry-standard tools
- Document project progress and prepare executive summaries
- Shadow departmental leaders to understand operational workflows
- Collaborate with interns on team-building initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program
- Strong academic standing (minimum 3.0 GPA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
