Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks and project documentation
- Conduct market research and data analysis to inform business decisions
- Assist in planning and executing company events and community initiatives
- Create content for digital platforms including social media and internal communications
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
- Participate in weekly professional development workshops and training sessions
- Present project findings to department leadership through written reports
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program or recent graduate
- No prior work experience required – we train our interns!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and industry best practices
- Available to work 20-30 hours per week during summer/fall semester
- Must have reliable transportation to our downtown Tampa office
